- Carry out Primary & Secondary Research in the client’s domain

- Recommending the most suitable structure to deliver on clients expectations,
HR / Process Manual
- Recommend initiatives to correct process gaps leading to inefficiencies & errors in the processes.
- Incorporate legally enforceable documentation to safeguard company’s interests, assets, customers from employees with malafide intent.
Implement a Performance Management System
- Prepare Job Descriptions based on Organisation Structure finalized as above.
- Finalise Key Result Areas (KRA) for Jobs.
- Finalize Performance Measurement, Feedback & Review Mechanisms.
- Share JDs with the Employees & modify as required for effectiveness.
Employee Development Plans
- Identify the Critical Success Factors (CSF) for the Jobs.
- Assess level of the job holder on the CSFs based on a proficiency scale. Using Assessment Centre approach, assessment will be done using tests developed specifically for the jobs.
- Prepare Development plan for employees based on gaps identified.
- Discuss Development plan with individual employees to ensure they take ownership for their development.
- Identify industry specific trainers
- Suggest Training Calendar as per availability of employees.
Employee Engagement Plans
- Studying the current level of employee motivation
- Undesrstanding the key motivators for various job profiles
- Recommending steps to enhancing the value the job in Empoyee’s eyes
- Creating a dialogue mechanism between the employees and top management
- Internal communication process and mechanism
- Improving workplace relationships
